Youth Pastor Lisa Howard has been ministering to Mid-Missouri youth for over 30 years. She is a graduate of California High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration, both from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is currently pursuing, and in the Dissertation process, of a PhD in Leadership from Johnson University in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God. Pastor Lisa began her ministry as a youth pastor of a nondenominational, charismatic church in 1986 and began serving the youth of First Assembly as a volunteer in 2008. She has homeschooled, taught in private Christian schools, and now teaches part-time at Lewis and Clark Middle School in Jefferson City. Pastor Lisa and her husband, Mark, have three children, James, Charity, and Jonathan. She loves young people and their parents and is honored to serve the youth of First Assembly.
